We offer 2 styles of paella pans, Carbon Polished Steel with Red Handles and  Stainless Steel with Gold Plated Handles.  Both are made in Spain.  Our paella pan can be used on gas or electric burners, on gas or charcoal grills and on our gas burners.  The authentic paellapan does not have a lid, the paella should be cooked uncovered.  The paella pan is shipped with Diana's Paella Recipe, instructions for cleaning and maintaining the pan.  The Paella Pan is a flat bottom pan designed with "dimples" for even heating and making a perfect paella.
